A sustainable form of production

Injection molding is a sustainable production method in many ways because:
- We can deliver the finished product, whether it needs to be assembled from several different components, post-processed or molded in one process. You only need to have one subcontractor for your plastic parts, which simplifies your supply chain and ensures just-in-time deliveries.
- There is less waste than with other forms of production. The waste that may arise from production can often be recycled internally. Therefore, there will often be very little or no waste of raw materials from the production of the plastic parts.
- Plastic from injection molding is fully recyclable. In injection molding, there is no need for glue or other binders to join individual parts together. Therefore, the plastic can easily be recycled for other purposes.
