ESG - Environment, Social and Governance
For Molytex, delivering the highest quality injection molded plastic parts is not enough. We also document how we do it and how we will continuously improve.
As a Molytex customer, you're not just buying a plastic blank. You also buy documentation, including ESG statements. You can use this data directly in your own ESG statement.
GSS
Although Molytex is not covered by ESG reporting requirements, we want to be at the forefront of developments so we can also provide ESG data to our customers.
Molytex ESG report contains
- Scope 1, 2, and 3
- Other environmental impacts
- Social data about employees and sick leave
- Data on the composition of the board of directors
- Customer retention
You can see the summary of the ESG report here ESG-Overview-DK-EN_2024

ESG data on the individual product
We are constantly working to reduce our carbon footprint. This means, among other things, that we are working to offer a calculation of how much CO2e a specific product emits. This includes
- Production of the plastic raw material
- Data from subcontractors
- Production of the individual item
- Post-processing
This also means that when you receive a quote from Molytex, the quote will state how much CO2e we expect each product to emit.
This way, as a Molytex customer, you can include our ESG data in your own ESG calculations already in the quotation phase.
In this way, a quote from Molytex is not just a number on a piece of paper, but part of the important communication and trust between supplier and customer.
