We do this by developing and educating ourselves based on more than 100 years of experience. Our process has always meant that we are often involved from idea to finished product. In this way, we have built up skills in development, material selection, the possibilities and limitations of production methods, and the completion and ongoing development of finished plastic parts.
From an economic perspective, we will
- Maintain our dominant role in rail fasteners.
- Expand the customer segment on high performance components by being the customer's partner in product development and insourcing of their products.
- Offer consulting/technical consulting services on an hourly basis or as a fixed offer.
From a sustainable perspective, we will
- Focus on reducing waste to save material, power and waste.
- Where possible, offer customers their components molded in recycled plastic.
- Collect environmental, social and governance data for annual ESG reporting.
- Set sustainability goals to keep ourselves aligned with sustainable development in the company.
To increase our competitiveness, we will
- Continuously invest in new technology in the company.
- Influence everyone in the organization to assess their workflows in order to optimize processes.
- Publish our ESG performance to present ourselves as a transparent company.
- Offer our customers CO2e emission calculation on their products.
